摘    要:实现企业的健康成长是中小企业的重要使命,管理胜任力是现代企业核心竞争能力的一个重要方面。中小企业的健康成长取决于其竞争能力的提高,关键是提高企业的管理胜任力。中小企业对管理胜任力的要求主要有12个方面,企业管理团队的任务就是通过有效的培训、激励和企业内部的学习来培育和提升企业的管理胜任力。

Abstract:Realizing the healthy growth is the important goal for the small and medium enteiprises and the management competence is an important aspect of core competition ability in enterprise. The healthy growth of small and medium enterprise results from the improvement of its competition ability and the key is to improve its management competence. The requirement of small and medium enterprise for management competence has twelve aspects, and the task of enterprise management team is to cultivate and improve four aspects of them through effective training and other methods.
