| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高职院校的大学英语师资队伍建设取得了长足进步,但师资队伍整体状况不容乐观。文章通过对无锡商业职业技术学院大学英语师资队伍现状的调查分析,找出了高职院校普遍存在的一些问题,最后从师资培训、教师自身素质提高以及教研活动等三个方面对高职院校大学英语师资队伍建设进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The team construction of vocational college English teachers has made great progress in recent years,but it has a long way to go as the quality of the whole teaching staff is concerned.This paper attempts to find out the common problems concerning vocational college English teachers after making an investigation of the status quo in Wuxi Institute of Commerce.It comes to the conclusion that the team construction could be done from the three aspects: teacher training,teacher's self-perfection,and teaching research activities. |
