| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来,中国企业对外投资在规模、结构和方式等方面形成显著的特点。中国企业对外投资呈快速递增态势,根本原因在于企业投资主要由政府控制。相关分析对企业对外投资具有一定的启示作用。
