简析铝合金汽车防撞梁设计

摘    要:本文针对某车型设计了一款防撞梁,基于汽车轻量化理念,防撞梁材料采用铝合金。以GB17354-1998为标准,在Hypermesh中建立了防撞梁的有限元模型,调用LS-DYNA进行碰撞仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。通过仿真得出防撞梁低速碰撞的变形及位移情况,并对其结构进行了优化,为整个保险杠系统的设计提供依据。

Abstract:The paper is to design abeam for a car. Based on the concept ofautomotive hghtweighr, the material ofbumper beam is aluminium alloy. The finite element model is established on Hypermesh. The crash Simulation is carried out by the software LS-DYNA in accordance with GB 17354 - 1998.
