| 摘 要： | 本文分析了我国证券市场发展中面临的问题主要有认识上存在偏差、计划行政驱动色彩浓重、供求关系严重失衡 ,指出我国证券市场长期规范发展的根本之路是纠正认识上的偏差 ,构造合理的供求关系 ,实行市场化改革。

| Abstract: | The essay analyses the problems existing in China's securities market,such as deviation from understanding,the influence of planned administration and the unequal relationship between supply and demand.The essay points out the basic way to establishing a securities market of long-term standardization and development.That's to correct the deviations,to establish a reasonable relationship between supply and demand and to carry out the market-oriented reform. |
