黑龙江省国有森工林区人力资源问题研究

摘    要:人力资源是经济社会发展的第一资源。人力资源的开发管理水平在某种程度上制约着经济社会的可持续发展。黑龙江省国有森工林区是我国东北最大的国有林区的核心组成部分,黑龙江省国有森工林区的可持续发展必须建立在人力资源的有效开发与高效管理上。从黑龙江省国有森工林区人力资源现状入手,分析了国有森工林区人力资源的数量和质量状况,并针对其特有的问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:Human resource is the first resource of the economic development,its development and management level limits the sustainable development of society and economy in some degree.Heilongjiang state-owned forestry industry area is the core part of northeast state-owned forest area,its sustainable development must establish on the efficient development and management of human resource.The paper start with status,analyzed the quantity and quality of its human resource,and then proposed some countermeasures.
