| 摘 要： | 近年来,SCM一词的运用日趋频繁。但在不同文献中,对供应链管理研究内容及研究视角的观念各异,由此造成了SCM含义的模糊。本文在对供应链管理研究视角综述基础上,从理念、流程和运作角度等不同视角归类SCM研究,以期更好地把握供应链管理研究脉络。
