| Abstract: | This paper presents the Germany mine safety and health management system framework and the roles of government agency and mining unions. The relationships and commission between government agency and mining unions are explained. From the perspective of Germany standard level and standardization institutions, the characteristics of Germany mine safety and health standardization are analyzed. Some suggestions are proposed for the standardization and improvement of mine safety and health management in China. |
