转型社会法律信仰的培养

当前我国社会转型期,传统的观念与法律的矛盾冲突不断凸显出来.传统的信仰价值体系处于危机之中,而新的信仰价值体系尚未得到大多数人的认同,社会价值系统处于一种断裂的状态,于是产生了许多法、理、情的观念冲突.本文通过对我国法律信仰的现状进行剖析,指出转型社会的断裂、传统文化的影响以及当前司法因素是影响法律信仰培养的主要因素,并对法律信仰的培养提出几点建议和思考.

Fostering Faith in Law in the Transformation of Society

During the social transformation period, the conflicts between traditional concepts and law are rising constantly in China. The traditional belief value system is in crisis and the new one has not been recognized by the majority of people. The social value system is in a state of rupture. So many conflicts between law, reason and affection have arisen. By analyzing the status quo of the faith in law in China , the author believes that the main factors that affect the development of the faith in law lie in the rupture of the transformation of the society, the effect of the traditional culture and the judicature. The paper also puts forward some ideas about how to foster faith in law.
