| 摘 要： | 毛泽东最初是提倡、鼓励私营经济发展的，但后来又逐步限制、排斥、消灭私营经济。邓小平继承了毛泽东关于私营经济思想中正确的内容，并突破陈规，创新发展，形成了新的私营经济思想。邓小平重新确定了私营经济在社会主义经济中的地位，把私营经济的发展确定为一项长期的战略决策；同时提出“三个有利于”标准，作为私营经济发展的价值取向。
