| 摘 要： | 我国建筑企业实力不强的现实严重地阻碍了其自身的发展，然而要改变我国建筑企业不强的局面，政府要发挥其职能优势，从宏观上推动建筑企业的发展。可以从规范建筑市场，解决建企融资渠道，减轻建企税费负担入手来实现。

How Government Exerts its Functions to Promote the Development of Building Enterprises |

| Abstract: | China's buliding enterprises have been hindeered from further devdlopment because of their own weakness. In order to improve the present situation, government should fulfil its functions to promote the macrodevelopment of China's building enterprises. The main. measures for achieving such goal are as follows: standardizing(normalizaing) buiding markets, opening up financing channels for building enterprise, and lightening their tax burden etc. |
