| 摘 要： | 本文在对国内外各种财务风险预警方法进行综述后,提出现有各种财务风险预警方法存在改造缺陷。为了克服改造缺陷,作者提出:在现有财务风险预警指标的基础上,改造制造企业的年度财务风险预警指标体系;建立一套企业内部管理者适用的财务风险预警子系统———资产风险预警系统。

| Abstract: | After overviewing various measures of financial risk early-warning in and abroad, this article identified the shortages in the existent measures of financial risk warning. In order to overcome those shortages, the author proposes as follows: to modify it based on the existent financial indicator, turn it into annually financial risk warning system, to establish assets risk warning system-a kind of financial risk early-warning system which is suitable for the enterp rise managers. |
