中国金融开放过程中的金融稳定

金融稳定是微观宏观、内部外部因素交织在一起的结果。开放条件下金融风险通过贸易和金融渠道由外部传染到内部，并在内部因素的配合下导致金融系统的不稳定。文章梳理了中国金融对外开放的历程，分析了中国金融稳定现状和存在的问题。提出实行更有弹性的汇率制度、谨慎地开放资本账户、完善国内金融体系、加强审慎有效的金融监管、加强金融生态环境建设等金融稳定建设措施。

On the Financial Stability of China

Financial stability is affected by a number of factors： micro factors, macro factors, internal factors and external factors. In financial opening, the financial risk can be transferred from external to internal through trading and other financial ways, which may cause financial instability. The author presented the history of China＇s financial opening, and then analyzed the status of financial stability in China and its problems, and put forward the measures of financial stability such as to implement a flexible exchange rate system, to open the capital account carefully, to perfect the national financial system, to enhance the supervision of finance, to build a financial environment, etc.
