互联网版权政府管制的完善

互联网版权保护机制在网络环境下受到了严重挑战，损害著作权人利益，影响互联网产业健康发展，危及公共利益，因此以保护公共利益为己任的政府管制理应介入，有所作为。当前我国互联网版权政府管制存在一些不足，完善互联网版权政府管制首先应确立明确的管制目标，再从网络道德建设、管制机构设置、加强国际合作方面加以完善。

Perfection of the Government Regulation on Internet Copyright

On the Internet,the protection system of the In-(College of Humanity and Science,Jiangsu Changzhou Industry University,Jiangsu Changzhou 213022) ternet copyright has been facing a serious challenge.It harms not only the authors' interests but also the public interest and affects the healthy development of the Internet industry.The government which has the duty of protectingthe public interest should take actions to control effective-ly.By analyzing the present situation and disadvantages of the government control the Internet copyright in our coun-try,this thesis puts forward a few measures.Firstly,estab-lish the clear control aims.Secondly,make suggestionsabout constructing the Internet morals,setting up the con-trol organization,strength the international cooperation.
