| Abstract: | In 2013, in order to embody its principles, the central government has popularizing agricultural insurance premium subsidies to the country. This article is based on farmers , insurance premium subsidies to agriculture were expounded , from the cognitive perspective of farmers for the policy content, evaluation of farmers for agricultural insurance cost subsidy policy details, and using the Probit model , in view of the questionnaire survey results , to study the factors affecting farmers to buy agricultural insurance, and given the conclusion and policy Suggestions. |
