科技型中小企业知识产权融资创新研究

科技型中小企业由于高风险、信息不对称，融资渠道单一、缺乏融资对接渠道，可抵质押资产少等原因，融资难一直是制约科技型中小企业发展的瓶颈。其中可抵押质押的资产少是科技型中小企业融资难的重要原因之一。而作为科技型中小企业最具价值的资产，知识产权并没有发挥它应有的融资作用。因此，本文为进一步促进科技型中小企业融资，以创新知识产权融资产品为切入点，分析了知识产权融资创新的意义，介绍我国一些知识产权融资模式的成功经验，在此基础上对知识产权融资模式进行创新，介绍了模式创新的参与主体、模式提供的金融产品以及政府可提供的政策支持等。
