| 摘 要： | 为了真正实施素质教育,河南省决定创新教师培养体系,从2012年秋季开始试行＂双导师制＂。文章阐述了河南省＂双导师制＂的概念与理论支撑体系,推行＂双导师制＂的现实意义及实践路径。该研究对政府决策及如何实施此项政策有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out quality education effectively, the government of Henan Province decides to innovate the system of teachers＇ cultivation and adopts the dual-tutorial system from the autumn of 2012. This paper discusses the concept, theoretical supporting, practical significance and methods of the system. The research provides some reference to the government policy and implementation of the dual-tutorial system. |
