摘    要:以"操行成绩"为代表的传统中职生评价机制存在诸多不足,已越来越不适应新形势的发展。多元评价不仅可以轻松面对综合素质参差不齐的中职学生,还可以激发学生的潜能发展,呵护学生的心灵成长,并最终影响学生终生职业生涯的发展。本文以成功试行了多元评价机制的广西石化高级技工学校为研究案例,阐述实施多元评价机制的思想渊源、保障措施、工作过程和实施效果等,全面介绍多元评价机制在实施中的得失情况。

Abstract:There are some disadvantages in the traditional evaluation mechanism for secondary vocational school students, which highlights the students' conduct performance and cannot meet the needs of the new situational development. Multiple evaluation is suitable for the students with different comprehensive qualities, and can motivate the students' potentiality, protect their spiritual growth and influence their lifelong professions. Based on the successful trial implementation of multiple evaluation in Guangxi Petrochemical Senior Vocational School, this paper discusses the original thought, supporting measures, working process and implementation effect of multiple evaluation. The success and failure in implementing multiple evaluation is also completely introduced in the paper.
