广西高校贫困生助学金评选工作的问题及建议

贫困生是高校学生中的一类特殊群体，国家、社会、高校对他们的资助对于促进教育公平、构建和谐校园具有重要意义。我国初步建立的国家贫困生资助体系在实施过程中暴露出了一些问题，如贫困生的资格认定，有限的名额分配，助学金发放后的减贫效果等，这些都直接关系到了国家贫困助学金的公平与实效问题。本文就广西高校贫困生助学金的评选发放工作进行探讨。

Analysis of the Poor College Students＇ Subsidies in Guangxi

The group of poor students is a special group in colleges, and the financial aid offered by the government, society and colleges is very important for promoting educational equality and constructing harmonious campus . There are some problems existing in the implementing of the governmental subsidization system for the poor college students in China, such as the recognition of qualifications, limited quota allocation, and the effect of poverty reduction and so on. All these have a directive relation to the fairness and actual effect of the governmental subsidies. This paper discusses the selection and grant work of the poor college students＇ subsidizes in Guangxi.
