摘    要:采用问卷调查法,对来自广西的243名中小企业员工进行问卷调查,通过相关分析、回归分析等方法,验证组织公平感、工作绩效和心理资本之间的关系。结果显示,组织公平感与心理资本、工作绩效呈显著正相关;程序公平能预测心理资本的水平高低;程序公平、领导公平能预测工作绩效;心理资本在组织公平感和工作绩效间具有完全中介效应。

Abstract:This paper takes questionnaire method to survey the relationship among organizational justice, job performance and psychological capital. 243 employees from some medium and small-size enterprises in Guangxi took part in the survey, and the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to discuss the survey data. The results show that, there is significant positive correlation among organizational justice, job performance and psychological capital. Procedural justice and leader justice can predict job performance, and psychological capital plays an intermediation function between organizational justice and job performance.
