| Abstract: | Based on the basic intension and core thinking of the theory of scientific outlook on development,the index system of evaluating the regional economy development according with the scientific outlook on development should be equipped with the destination layer,the rule layer and the target layer,and abide by principles of the scientific rationality,comparability and operability,integrity and representative,dynamics and advanced nature. |
