| 摘 要： | 我国农村居民的人均收入水平在近些年得到了很大的提高。但是,在农村居民的收入构成中,财产性收入的绝对量依然很小,且其来源单一,这在一定程度上阻碍了农村居民生活水平的提高。文章指出,应采取积极措施拓展农村居民财产性收入的来源,提高其财产性收入。这不仅能够进一步改善农民生活,同时对于扩大农村消费市场和房地产市场等也有很大的帮助。

| Abstract: | China s per capita income level of rural residents have improved greatly in recent years.However,among the rural residents income,the absolute quantity of the property income is still small,and to some extent its source is limited.This hampered the rural residents to raise their level of life.Therefore,we should take active measures to improve its property income by developing their income sources.It can not only improve farmers living,but also help to expand rural consumer market and real estate market. |
