| 摘 要： | 本文认为,经济学有关政府在经济中角色定位的经典表述今天仍有意义,但市场经济条件下政府的角色定位应明确为提高经济体的交易效率.未来几十年内城市化将一直是我国必须面临的一个重要历史课题,将提高经济体的交易效率作为城市化进程中政府行为的总原则具有理论和现实意义.

| Abstract: | This paper maintains that classical theories on government's role in economy still make sense,however the precise statement of government's role under market economy should be improving its total transaction efficiency. It is reasonable and practical in the coming decades when urbanization will be a historical problem China's government have to face with. |
