| 摘 要： | 由于存在初始要素禀赋以及反映区域要素和非区域要素之间匹配程度的要素适宜度水平的差异,产生了生态文明经济发展较快的国家和较慢的国家以及生态文明经济发展较快的地区和生态文明发展较慢的地区。生态文明经济表现出阶段性发展阶段差异和区域发展差异,产生了进一步发展的条件差异,使生态文明经济在更高层次上非均衡发展。

| Abstract: | There are some countries and regions in which the development of ecological civilization economy is more rapid or slower because of their initial factor endowment and the different coordination levels that reflect the matching degree between the regional factors and non-regional factors.The development of ecological civilization economy shows different stage and regional disparities in the development process of ecological civilization economy in which there are different conditions for further development,which makes a non-equilibrium development of ecological civilization economy in higher level. |
