| 摘 要： | 本文深入地探讨了一价定律与公司理财的基本概念、一般原理以及简单理论模型的内在关联,细致地梳理一价定律在公司理财中的脉络,依据科学研究纲领方法论,构建了基于一价定律理论硬核的公司理财分析框架,以期有助于系统地揭示公司理财的核心理念和财务决策的本质原理。
