| 摘 要： | 严重的不良债权，与通货紧缩一样，是招致日本景气不得恢复、经济多年低迷的重要原因之一。通过日本政府、大银行、日本银行等的长期协同努力，至2005年第一季度，日本基本完成对不良债权的处理，大大改善了景气恢复的金融、货币环境。日本处理不良债权的对策与方法，具有借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Serious bad loans are the same as deflation, and it is one of the important causes that cannot carry out economic recovery in Japan for a long perioyd of time. By long-term cooperation of the Japanese government, bigbanks, and the Bank of Japan, etc. , Japan almost complete cleans up its bad loans, and has greatly improved the finance of economic recovery, and monetary environment in the 2005 first quarter. The strategy and the methods that Japan takes to clean up bad loans can be used for reference. |
