摘 要: | 目前企业的营销例会普遍存在效率低和质量差的问题,知识管理与知识创新的思路可以用来帮助我们改进营销例会,使其变成企业知识创新的平台,这是一条我国企业提高营销管理水平,形成本土化营销特色的思路。

On Localized Regular Marketing Meeting Based on Knowledge Innovation |

Abstract: | Currently there exist in many enterprises the problems of inefficiency and low quality in regular marketing meeting. The thought of knowledge - based management and knowledge innovation can help to improve it and make enterprises the ready for technolgy innovation. This is a way of promoting Chinese enterprises' management characterized by localized marketing. |
