Study On the Strategy of Vitalising the Northeast Old Industrial Base

In order to regulate and reconstruct the northeast old industrial base into a new type of industrial base,it's necessary to build pleasant economic development environment for promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises and the rapid economic development of massed ownership,to optimize investment environment vigorously and broaden the opening scopes continuously, to solidify foundational position of modern agriculture to promote the optimization and update of industry composition, to develop tertiary industry energetically, to implement the strategy of developing province of science and education and strengthening province to promote the economic transformation of resource-type cities and the development of various undertaking.
