| 摘 要： | 新形势下,企业青年员工的思想工作面临着许多新情况、新问题,进一步加强和改进青年员工思想工作十分必要。企业要结合改革发展的工作实际和青年员工的思想变化情况,注重发现新问题,开拓新思路,探索新方法,总结新经验,使青年员工的教育思想工作真正适应企业的发展形势,服务企业发展需要,促进青年员工健康成长。
