| Abstract: | By 2010,China has become the second largest economic entity in the world.It means that China takes more and great and important global responsibilities,while it also faces many new problems and tasks.Today,the environment is changeable.In this case,highway departments have to turn waste into treasure and develop regeneration concrete and make it become an important way to develop continuously. |
