| 摘 要： | 近年来广西专利申请发展势头迅猛，发明专利拥有量也逐步提高，广西壮族自治区政府顺势提出了“十二五”期间广西万人发明专利拥有量3件的目标，但受制于广西经济结构、工业模式、发展基础和人口基数等诸多因素，新形势下如何实现该目标面临着眨大挑战，需要摸索出合适的道路才有可能实现。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the applications for patents in Guangxi have increased rapidly, while the number of owned patents has grown up. In this case, Guangxi government sets up the goal that one person in ten thousand people in Guangxi owns three patents during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. However, due to many factors, such as Guangxi＇s e- conomic structure, industrial modes, development base and population base, only by exploring the right ways, can we address this challenge and achieve the goal. |
