| Abstract: | Government procurement is based on the fare competitions between enterprises.The regulations of government procurement make the procurement conducts legal,open and transparent.In this case,only in regulated bidding procurement ways,can enterprises attain the business opportunities.Thus,when enterprises participate in government procurement,they should seize the bidding strategies and skills.Only in this way,can they attain the orders in fierce competitions. |
