摘    要:现代企业的竞争最终体现为人力资源的竞争。人力资源内部再配置的实质是对员工内部流动的管理。建立并完善企业内部人才流动机制可以实现高效的人才组合,使人才个体在企业的引导和激励下释放出更大的能量,既有利于人才实现自我价值,也有利于企业的发展。建立和健全企业内部人才合理流动机制是现代企业内部管理的重要制度,必将促进企业组织内部良性发展。

Abstract:The competition of modem corporations is eventually that of human resources. The essence of internal reallccation of human resources is the management of internal talent flow. To set up and improve the talent flow mechanism within a corporation not only could achieve efficient talent combination and stimulate individuals' motivation, but realize self value and contribute to developing the corporation. So to build and improve the talent flow mechanism within a corporation is an important system for a modern corporation, which will create a healthier situation to the development of a corporation.
