| Abstract: | For solving the problems in the management of technological projects,on the basis of analysis of their characters and risk characters,the paper elaborates the necessity of the improvement of the management system of technological projects, and explains its working contents from three phases,project set-up,implementation,check before acceptance,and the introduction of the meaning and methods of the third-part supervision. |
