以支付结算为先导 探索村域金融服务之路

随着农村经济的发展、城乡一体化进程的加快以及县城和乡镇中心支付服务环境的明显改善,村域支付服务环境建设滞后、村民金融服务匮乏问题日益突显。对此,人民银行部分基层行和当地涉农金融机构进行了积极的探索和实践,通过在村域布放转账电话、发放银行卡、开通小额助农取款服务以及建立农村缴费服务站等方式,较好地破解了村域没有金融网点、村民难以享受金融服务的难题。

Research of Village Financial Service Path Guided by Payment and Settlement System

with the development of rural economy,the acceleration of the process of integration of urban and rural areas,and the significant improvement of payment environment in county and township centers,the problems of lagging village payment system construction and the lack of financial service for village people are obvious.In this situation,several PBC basic branches and local agriculture-related financial institutions make some active exploration and practice,through settling transfer phones,issuing bank card,providing microcredit to support agriculture and establishing village payment service state,to solve the problems of lack of financial service in village.
