高校科研团队领导胜任力模型的构建

摘    要:文章以高校科研团队领导为研究对象,在学习借鉴目前胜任力理论和实践经验的基础上,采用文献分析法和行为事件访谈法提炼出科研团队领导的33项胜任特征要素,然后通过问卷调查与统计分析,探索建立了高校科研团队领导胜任力模型。

Abstract:Based on the current theory about competence and the practical experience,using leaders of HEI scientific research as study objects,the paper adopts literature review and behavioral event interview to summarize 33 characters of competence of scientific research team leader.Then,on the basis of questionnaires and statistic analysis,it builds a leadership competence model of HEI scientific research team.
