| 摘 要： | 复杂性科学的兴起和发展,为管理科学概念的发展提供了新素材。本文试图在阐述复杂性系统中"自下而上"模式普遍存在的基础上,对比分析社会控制和组织管理中自上而下传统模式的缺陷,探讨"自下而上"概念对于管理学发展的积极意义。

| Abstract: | The rising and development of complexity science has provided innovative material for management.The ubiquity of "bottom-up" when applied in complicated systems will be illustrated in this article.Besides,a comparative analysis of the limitation of an opposite pattern "top-down" that acts on social control and organizational management will be done,and the significance of the concept "bottom-up" toward of the development of management will be discussed. |
