| 摘 要： | 代谢治疗是指应用药物改善心肌细胞的代谢，曲美他嗪是这类药物中最有效的药物。它直接抑制脂肪酸的氧化，使心肌的能量供应由主要来自于脂肪酸代谢转为葡萄糖代谢。曲美他嗪能改善缺血性心脏病患者心肌的功能而无血液动力学变化。该药主要用于急性冠脉综合征、心肌梗死和心力衰竭的治疗。
