| 摘 要： | 台湾地区在70年代就已经开始正式运营中小企业信用保证基金,目前已形成较完善的中小企业信用担保体系。而大陆地区在中小企业信用担保方面比较薄弱,直接影响了中小企业的发展。大陆地区可以借鉴台湾的模式,促进中小企业信用担保体系的建立。

| Abstract: | SMEs credit guarantee fund starts in 70s in Taiwan, till now, the SMEs credit guarantee fund system has de- veloped further. On the other hand, it is weaker in our mainland and affects the development of SMEs. Therefore, Chi- na＇s mainland can draw a lesson from Taiwan＇s model to promote the construction of SMEs credit guarantee system. |
