| 摘 要： | 本文以两个国家(A国和B国)为例,应用微观经济理论,数学地分析了技术壁垒等效关税壁垒在供求曲线中引起的价格变化以及对关税的折算,并通过博弈分析,阐述了技术壁垒对市场扭曲的影响和贸易保护主义的作用,指出对技术壁垒的弊和利要因本国国情而异,切不可一概而论.

| Abstract: | Based on microeconomic theory, the paper analysed mathematically the change in price between supply curve and demand curve,and analysed how to convert technical barriers into tariff barriers according two countries (A and B)as a example, and described the effect of technical barriers to protectionism and market-bending in the analysis of game. It followed that we can't treat technical barriers with discrimination to the benefit and loss of technical barriers, but treat on the ground of the situation of own country. |
