| 摘 要： | 正确评价企业技术创新系统的创新绩效是提高企业创新效率的前提和基础。本文首先提出了企业技术创新绩效评价的指标体系,然后,建立了技术创新绩效评价的DEA模型,探索运用DEA方法对企业的创新绩效进行定量化评价,最后对全国各地区的医药企业技术创新绩效进行了实证研究。

| Abstract: | Evaluating the system of technological innovation correctly is precondition and base of the enterprise's developing. In this paper, it uses DEA method to evaluate the enterprise's technological innovation performance, firstly put forward the enterprise's performance evaluation indexes on technological innovation, then set up a DEA model on technological innovation performance evaluation, and try to evaluate it quantitvly using the DEA method. At last, the demonstration study of Chinese medical enterprises'performance evaluation in technological innovation is implemented. |
