| 摘 要： | 上海建设四个中心的目标以及后世博时代上海城市的内涵发展对商务立法带来了新的机遇和挑战。有必要加快地方商务立法,完善商务法治建设,充分发挥商务立法在内贸和外贸发展方面的积极作用。本文对十二五时期上海商务立法发展的机遇与要求、指导思想和主要目标、主要任务以及保障措施作了一些探讨。
