| 摘 要： | 我国《票据法》(修正)在票据失权方面存在诸多立法失误。票据权利丧失,即票据失权,包括票据权利绝对丧失和票据权利相对丧失。它在诸多方面有别于票据权利消灭,不可混同使用。票据权利人会因多种情形而丧失票据权利,国内票据立法为失权人权益救济提供了多种保护途径,但比较各国票据失权相关立法,在失权人合法权益保护等方面,我国票据失权立法仍有待完善和改进。
