摘    要:目前国家机关和政府所属事业单位开始逐步实行公开招聘的用人制度。在新形势下,高等院校如何才能在公开招聘中选择到优秀的人才,更好地为教学和科研服务,成为一个新的话题。简要分析了公开招聘制度的特点,以辽宁中医药大学在2008年上半年公开招聘为实例,粗浅地探讨了高等院校如何在公开招聘中选择人才的方法以及需要注意的问题。
