| 摘 要： | 在实践中，旅游对就业的贡献已经日益显现，并受到党中央、国务院有关部门和地方政府的普遍关注；但在研究方面，旅游就业却是一个基础十分薄弱的新课题，很难找到比较成型和系统的研究文献，旅游就业的具体界定、旅游业对就业贡献的具体数量测算等都有待进行探索性的研究。

| Abstract: | Scientific and accurate evaluation of regional developm ent of tourism employment is the basis of the study of tourist regional developi ng pattern and one of the basic means to grasp the developing regulation of regi onal tourism employment.This paper,by using the available statistical data,makes an evaluation of the regional developing level of China's tourism employment.Ba sed on this,the paper makes a deep analysis of the regional trade,difference and division,providing a basis for formulating the policy and strategy for regional development. |
