| 摘 要： | 横向虚拟企业订单分配风险是指各成员在订单任务分配后，不能够按规定的交付期交付，或虽然能够按时，但成员为此付出的成本过高而给企业造成损失，其风险最小化的要求是：在各成员产能平衡的前提下，通过优化的生产任务分配方案，使整个制造和分销网络的成本最低。文章分析了横向型虚拟企业联盟订单处理中的风险生成机理，提出了订单分配风险最小化模型，并利用免疫算法对模型进行求解，通过应用实例验证了模型和算法的可行性。
