我国矿业走循环经济之路的策略选择

矿业是国民经济的基础产业,我国矿业的基本特点及其面临的资源环境压力决定了其走循环经济之路的必然。我国矿业实现循环经济的策略选择:第一,树立起循环经济的资源观;第二,明确"四综合"的目标理念;第三,系统化推进循环经济;第四,努力突破矿业发展循环经济的关键工艺与技术;第五,政府引导、企业主体、公众参与。

Strategy Choice of Developing Cyclic Economy in China Mining

Mining industry is the basic industry of national economy.The development of mining industry is faced with the pressure of environmental pollution in China,therefore it is necessary to develop cyclic economy in the field of mining industry.In this paper,the author puts forward five proposals for developing the cyclic economy in Chinese mining industry:(1)set up the resource consept of cyclic economy;(2) make the idea of "four comprehensive utilization" clear and definite;(3)systematic carrying out cyclic economy;(4)make great efforts to develop key technology of cleansing production in mining industry;(5)government play the role of guidance fully,mining enterprises are main power and make public take part in actively.
