On the Method of Optimizing Organizational Structure and Relavent Case Studies

In recent twenty years great changes have occurred to the outer environment of the enterprises in our country. With the entry into the WTO, these changes will be furthered and surely cause many problems as to the present organizational structure. In order to survive and develop enterprises need optimice the organizational structure constantly.
