| 摘 要： | 文章提出 ,为适应经济发展 ,原地质大队的管理和体制已经无法胜任 ,必须建立企业集团 ,必须构建新的财务管理体系。文章进一步提出了新的财务管理体系的基本任务 ,特别强调了要“运用两个工具 ,通过两个层次 ,控制两个内容”。最后提出了为构建新的财务管理体系必须解决的几个问题。
