| Abstract: | This paper introduces the effective financial management practices of the Beijing Geological Engineering & Prospecting Institute, which they developed based on market criteria. Then the paper points out that the key for financial management is to make fund management effective, so as to strengthen enterprise funds. Consequently, it is argued that management is the key for improving economic benefits. |
